Privacy Policy & Zero-Party Data Governance

Last updated: September 2026

1. Overview

At Playvertize, we are committed to respecting user privacy while delivering high-engagement marketing. This policy details how our platform, website, Studio, and playable games collect, process, and safeguard information.

2. Zero-Party Data Philosophy

Unlike invasive third-party ad networks, Playvertize does not secretly track users across the internet or harvest device fingerprints. We operate entirely on Zero-Party Data — information that players voluntarily and intentionally provide during gameplay (e.g., answering a quiz question, picking a preference in an emotion meter, or submitting an email address to claim a prize).

3. Data We Collect

  • Gameplay Telemetry: Session duration, score achieved, game completion state, and reward redemption tokens.
  • Voluntary Survey Responses: Answers submitted by players during in-game quiz questions or polls.
  • Lead Information: Contact emails, phone numbers, or nicknames submitted strictly with explicit consent to receive campaign prizes.
  • Account Data: Client account details (email, company name, billing records) for studio administration.

4. Security & Encryption

All data transfers between client browsers, our API endpoints, and database clusters are encrypted using TLS 1.3. Telemetry records are stored in hardened MySQL instances with automated backups and strict role-based access controls.

5. Contact Data Protection Officer

If you have inquiries regarding your personal data or wish to exercise data subject rights (erasure, export, rectification), please reach out to our privacy team at privacy@playvertize.com.
